Mobile Crisis Services

This is a service designed to address a wide range of crisis. Our clinicians are trained to assist youth who are struggling with thoughts of suicide. Our clinicians are also trained to respond to crisis situations and tragedies that have occurred in our district. Occasionally tragedies and crisis have occurred at the school in our communities. It's been the practice of Children's Mental Health to partner with our schools in the Rainy River District in an effort to make clinicians easily available for our young people. During these times young people can gain the support and coping skills they need in order to best process whatever traumatic event they may have faced. Referrals to other long term supports can be made during crisis interventions as well.
