You are struggling to make a plan for yourself and your baby. You might want to involve your baby's father or your parents in your decision making.

You would like confidential support and information about your options before making a choice. You may want help before and after your baby's birth.

About us...

We are a publicly funded agency who charge no fees and are staffed by social workers who are skilled and experienced in pregnancy issues.We know that you are facing the most difficult decision of your life and we respect your need for objective, unbiased, confidential service and emotional support. We believe that only you can make the best decision for the future - both for yourself and your baby. We also believe you need a chance to closely examine all your options before you make that decision. We don't tell you what to do. We work with you before and after your baby's birth. You will be an active participant in any adoption plan for your child.

Adopting a Child

Home studies are completed on prospective adoptive families free of charge. We also provide service and support to adoptive families as they wait for a child and when a child becomes a part of their family through adoption.

Adoption Disclosure

If we have arranged your adoption or you used our services to place your child, we can assist you in registering with the Adoption Disclosure Register and share non-identifying information with you that was recorded at the time of the adoption. We will also assist you with reunion and provide support, should there be a match at the Register.

Non-identifying information may include:

  • physical description;
  • medical history;
  • religion;
  • ethnic origin;
  • ages of the parties;
  • education;
  • reasons for the adoption;
  • type of employment;

Non-identifying information does not contain names, addresses or any information that may lead to identifying the birth family or the adoptive family.
