President: Bob McGreevy The Board of Family and Children's Services of the District of Rainy River is a Governance Board and, as such, makes decisions primarily regarding policy and strategic direction. The Board employs the Executive Director to manage the organization on its behalf in accordance with the policies and procedures it has established for the organization. The Board is nonetheless ultimately responsible for the affairs of the organization.
